Barbara McCullough
Quality Assurance Manager
Barbara joined Hi-Tech Fabrication in November, 2003 as the Quality Assurance Manager. She has her MBA in Business of Administration from Pfeiffer University, and brings over 15 years Management experience to Hi-Tech Fabrication. Having held Management positions with firms such as DT Magnetics, Qualex, and Sovereign Circuits; she has a proven track record for developing, and implementing top-notch Quality Assurance Programs. The industries that she has served have been Sheet Metal, Electronics, Plastics, and Contract Manufacturing. Barbara resides in North Raleigh with her husband Shawn. They have two wonderful daughters Brittainy who is in high school, and Ebe’ whom is serving in the United States Navy. When not working Barbara enjoys traveling and spending time in her flower garden.

Tom Talley
Quality Engineer
Tom was hired in February, 1997. He has over 32 years experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication. He has experience in many departments in sheet metal. Tom attended Alamance Community College, Durham Technical Community College, and Wake Technical Community College. When Tom is not working, he enjoys sports, movies, music, art, photography and reading a good book.
