Robert Karbas
Business Development Manager
Robert joined the Hi-Tech Fabrication team in July 2010 bringing 27 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales with an emphasis on building deep customer relationships. He is a graduate of NCSU in Mechanical Engineering and has spent most of his professional life in the Metal Fabrication/Contract Manufacturing industry. Robert and his wife reside in Wake Forest, NC. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, golfing, church activities, spending time with his family and his son's family.

Kristi Baker
Customer Service / Inside Sales
Kristi joined the Hi-Tech team in June, 1994. She started in the Maintenance Department handling all purchases and was in charge of all Environmental Permits and Reporting. She moved to Sales in 1997 and has continued to build and support Hi-Tech's Customer base. Kristi and her husband live in Youngsville; in her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her pets.

Terry Nobblitt
Customer Service / Inside Sales
Terry started with Hi-Tech in August, 1991 in the Paint Department. He has worked in Production Control, Sales, as a Customer On-Site Representative and in Customer Service. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, working in his yard, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Customer Service / Inside Sales
Susan joined the Hi-Tech team January 2012. She came aboard as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative after 7 years in the role as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist. Susan and her husband; Bobby, live in Apex. NC with their two sons. In her spare time, Susan enjoys the beach, sports, working out and spending time with her family.

James Womble
Estimator
James has 34 years experience in the Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry. He joined the Hi-Tech team in July, 1989 as an Estimator and continues to work in that position today. James, his wife and daughter reside in Wake Forest and are active in their church. He is a collector of items from country stores and enjoys the North Carolina Mountains.
